Scholarship Application Policies:

• Applications must be filled out completely and received by the due date for consideration.
• Applicants can expect strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information provided and award results.
• Families applying for financial assistance for more than one student should use one application only.
• Please email tyodirector@gmail.com after completing this application, so we can confirm its receipt.
• For students that auditioned in May 2023, scholarship applications are due June 5, 2023. Applicants who have registered and paid their $50 deposit will receive a Financial Assistance Award Letter reflecting their award status by July 15th. After June 5, 2023, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and awarded as funding permits.

• Applicants should register HERE, marking cash/check and paying only the deposit at the time of registration.
• Applicants must sign up for a payment plan to cover the remaining amount by August 1, 2023, or commit to paying in full on August 1, 2023.
• The Scholarship Committee will be responsible for determining the number and amounts of awards provided. It is our hope to provide scholarships of up to 90% of tuition based on financial need. Every effort will be made to meet the needs of all TYO students and their families, but scholarship awards are contingent on the availability of funds. The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to ask for additional information if necessary.
